Bar/Bri Settlement Held Up Because of Incentive Awards

The proposed $49 million settlement of the bar-review class action hit a snag yesterday: Los Angeles federal judge Manuel Real refused to sign off on the settlement in part because of incentive awards that had been offered to the lead plaintiffs.
