MoFo News

Although I have not done this so far, one of things I wanted to do with this blog was to note and highlight news about antitrust practioners.  But better late than never. Congratulations to MoFo (OK, OK, you got me; I just love saying MoFo) which announced that Roger Fones, former Chief of the Transportation, Energy & Agriculture Section of the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, has joined the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
