Tolling
Via How Appealing, interesting decision from the 7th circuit. The court held that a state court class action arising under state antitrust law can not toll the statute of limitations applicable to a federal antitrust claim arising from the same facts even though only a federal court can adjudicate the federal antitrust claim.
