Other Antitrust News
In addition to that little Supreme Court decision today, there is other antitrust news. AMD served Skype with a subpoena as part of AMD’s antitrust case against Intel. Why? Skype and Intel have a deal in which Skype 2.0 users can only make 10 person conference calls if they are using Intel dual-core processors.
In other news, Sirva Inc. subsidiary Allied Freight Forwarding plead guilty to counts of Sherman Act violations and paid a $1 million fine.
