AAI April-Fools-Day Missive
Here is American Antitrust Institutes’s missive for April Fools Day by Bert Foer, in case you missed it. (Last year’s AAI report on April 1st, that the antitrust agencies would be consolidated into the Department for Homeland Security, was picked up by some papers as news.)
And while you’re at the AAI’s webpage, I recommend rereading their views on the Maytag-Whirlpool merger, expressed as a response to the famous Wall-Street-Journal editorial. An interesting read now that we know how the DoJ came out, as we reported here, and have seen some reactions.
