In Antitrust Modernization Commission news:

  1. The Commission is holding a hearing on June 7 regarding “state action doctrine and international antitrust issues.”
  2. The Commission has also scheduled meetings on June 16 and June 23-24.  It has not announced the topics of these hearings.
  3. The Commission has requested public comments on criminal remedies.
