Cert. Granted and Denied

According to this post on the ABA’s antitrust mailing list:

Certiorari was granted this morning in Weyerhaeuser (predatory buying) and Twombly (Rule 12(b)(6) standard for pleading conspiracy), but denied in Schering (reverse payment patent settlements, FTC vs DOJ).
