Premerger Notification Unit Returns to RFK

Following its recent displacement due to flooding last month, the Antitrust Division’s Premerger Notification Unit will return to its location in the Robert F. Kennedy Building, 950 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W., Washington, D.C. 20530. Effective Tuesday, August 1, 2006, all premerger filings should be directed to: Department of Justice Antitrust Division Office of Operations Premerger Notification Unit 950 Pennsylvania Avenue, N.W. Room 3335 Washington, D.C. 20530 FedEx airbills should use the ZIP code 20004 with the above address information. Use of the 20530 ZIP code for deliveries other than U.S. Postal Service deliveries will result in a delay of the delivery to the Premerger Notification Unit. Delivery of premerger and notification report forms and other materials to the Premerger Notification Unit will be similar to the procedures in place prior to the displacement of the Unit.
