The U.S. Department of Justice, Antitrust Division, Litigation III Section is seeking two experienced attorneys with significant antitrust and complex litigation experience. Applicants must possess a J.D. degree, be an active member of the bar in any jurisdiction, and have a minimum of four years of post-J.D. experience. The successful applicant will have outstanding academic and professional credentials, proven writing skills, and the ability to analyze economic arguments. The Section seeks applicants with significant experience in (a) complex litigation, including managing large electronic document productions and working with economic experts and (b) antitrust matters, including merger and non-merger cases.
