Hot Sexy Models …
… prevail in an antitrust case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. (What were you expecting? We’re not THAT kind of blog.) Last Thursday, the Second Circuit issued its decision in Fears v. Wilhelmina Model. The plaintiffs were members of the class who objected to the settlement of a class action alleging that defendant modeling agencies conspired to fix the commissions charged to models. Upon appeal, the Circuit Court vacated the district court’s order(s) as to “the distribution of settlement proceeds and the award of counsel fees ….”
