Job Opening: US Department of Justice

The US Department of Justice’s antitrust division is looking for a new Chief of its Litigation I Section. (Does this mean Mark Botti is leaving?)  The job posting states:

The Litigation I Section reviews and prosecutes civil violations of the antitrust laws in a broad range of unregulated industries, including health care, milk and dairy, pulp and paper, insurance, and cosmetics. The recent docket in the Litigation I Section includes a litigated merger, a monopolization trial, and the review of numerous transactions and other conduct. In addition, Litigation I Section attorneys regularly speak at industry conferences and other fora, and were instrumental in the joint DOJ/FTC Health Care Hearings and resulting report.

If you take the position, please remember the beer rule.
