Bad Timing Award
This week’s bad timing award goes the Wall Street Journal and its (otherwise excellent) Law Blog. Yesterday, it hosted a debate on resale price maintenance (i.e., Leegin). The Law Blog encouraged “[a]ll those antitrust lawyers – and others” to join in. Of course, yesterday was the first day of the ABA Section of Antitrust Law’s Spring Meeting.
