The French Election And Antitrust
Nicolas Sarkozy won the French presidential election yesterday. American presidents, and Presidential candidates rarely mention antitrust (or competition) law, but the same is not true in France. The Antitrust Hotch Potch notes that although antitrust/competition law was not mentioned during the televised debate between Sarkozy and Ségolène Royal, but they did express their views in a Revue Concurrence questionnaire.
