David Fischer is Of Counsel in the Washington, DC office of Shook Hardy & Bacon, LLP. He is a member of the Compliance and Government Enforcement Defense practice group, where his practice focuses on defending companies and corporate executives facing civil and regulatory government enforcement actions, including false claims act (whistleblower) suits.  His corporate compliance and government enforcement work involves advising and defending companies and individuals in federal and state civil, criminal, and administrative fraud investigations and litigation.   David is also an experienced antitrust litigation attorney and has been counsel in two antitrust trials.  A significant portion of his practice is devoted to representing clients in the pharmaceutical and health care sectors.
